The Boy and the Yellow Balloon is a collection of short stories, poems and cartoons. The cover  is designed for children to explore their own colouring vision of the boy and his balloon. Inspiration for the story came from the author’s daughter-in-law’s home town in Slovakia. Details are authentic to the region.  The author’s intension is to provoke thought and inspiration from these stories. The Doodly Toons are inspired by cherished moments with Beaux and Katie, the author’s 2 cats.
